Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes approximately 5–7 business days. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it the whole way.

Shipping is free on 2-pack and 3-pack orders. Single units ship at a small flat rate, shown at checkout before you pay. There are no customs surprises — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Use the Track your order page and enter the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. If the number has not appeared within three business days of ordering, contact us and we will look into it for you.

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund. The item needs to be unused and in its original condition. Once we receive it back and check it over, we process the refund to your original payment method. Full details are on our return policy page.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout. Every payment runs through Shopify's encrypted checkout — we never see or store your card details.
